After achieving great success with other organizations in the high tech sector, Morse has had over 105 successful high-tech client engagements in North America, Europe and Africa to build, fix optimize multi-channel sales teams. Prior to founding SRi, Morse was a co-founder of Bridgeforce, a successful and growing high-end services provider for the top 100 financial institutions for which he developed strategies for brand, marketing and sales. With his diverse experience in a variety of business environments, Morse provides the sales executive with relatable advice and strategic sales coaching that can be applied in their unique corporation. Morse developed his vertical and sales expertise with telecommunications vendors Nortel/Clarify and Lucent/Mosaix, where he also co-authored a consultative sales process still in use today. He also held earlier sales executive and management roles with Wang Laboratories, Lanier and Canon.

Having engaged with some of the top high tech brands in the world, Tollar has extensive expertise in project management, sales messaging, sales process, and sales enablement. Besides focusing on our client base, Tollar also organizes the messaging, design and marketing content for SRi and our clients. She has earned numerous awards for writing achievement including being acknowledged by the National Women’s Association. Tollar graduated magna cum laude from Western Washington University and holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial Organization.
